Gift cards delivered by email. Digital gift cards can be printed out or forwarded. Please email us at hello@poleactive.com if you would like to purchase a different gift card value.

The gift card will be sent to the email used during check out. All digital gift cards will be reviewed and sent to the email provided within 24 hours of purchase.

PoleActive accepts return requests within 14 days of purchase.

Packages must be dropped off at USPS within that window to qualify. Shipping must be purchased through PoleActive for a $10 flat fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges will receive an emailed invoice for shipping, payable before exchange items are sent.

Returns are eligible for store credit or refund (original shipping is non-refundable). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. Items with deodorant, makeup, or other marks may incur a 30% restocking fee.

Shoes: subject to a 30% restocking fee after 48 hours.

Final Sale: socks, hand grips, and Last Chance/Sale items.

Returns over $200 are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

PoleActive is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages once shipped.
