Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Return package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase in order for the return to be approved.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached and in original condition. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on any bottoms. We will either refuse the return or charge a 30% restocking fee if the items returned have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered in any way, or without original tags attached. We will also charge a 30% restocking fee for any items returned with deodorant marks or makeup stains.
Effective February 1st 2020, all shoe returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Socks, legwarmers, hand grips, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
We offer store credit or refund of purchase price. Original shipping is not refundable. Sorry, no exchange option is available.
Store Credit: Select Store Credit option in the return portal, and we will send you a FREE shipping label to return your items. Once the returned order is received, we will issue a gift card to the original email of the order. This option is only available to orders placed in United States.
Refund: Select Refund option in the return portal. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. Once the return is received, we will process and refund within 5 business days.
