Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Return package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase in order for the return to be approved. No Exceptions.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached and in original condition. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on the bottoms. We will either refuse the return or charge a 30% restocking fee if the items returned have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered in any way, or without original tags attached. We will also charge a 30% restocking fee for any items returned with deodorant marks or makeup stains. Shoes That have been worn are not eligible for return. 

Effective January 1st 2021, all shoe returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shoe orders canceled after being placed on order to Pleaser but not yet received by PoleActive HQ are subject to 30% Restocking fee. 
PoleActive is not responsible for long lead times, long shipping times, or delays. 
Please expect 15-30 days minimum for all Pleaser Deliveries. ( Pleaser returns accepted 30 days from delivery to client, but still subject to restocking fee.) 

Socks, grip aids, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

We offer store credit or refund of purchase price. Original shipping is not refundable. Sorry, no exchange option is available.

Store Credit

Select Store Credit option in the return portal, and we will send you a FREE shipping label to return your items. Once the returned order is received, we will issue a gift card to the original email of the order. The free shipping label option is only available to orders placed in United States. Shoes are not eligible for free return shipping label.


Select Refund option in the return portal. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Once the return is received, we will process and refund within 5 business days.
